Join us for the inaugural Best Side Cycling Hill Climb Challenge, happening Saturday, July 5th at 1 PM at the top of Discovery Park’s Lighthouse Climb (Texas Way & Discovery Park Blvd).

This event is all about fun, community, and friendly competition to share the joy of steep Seattle hills. Riders will tackle the hill climb one at a time (similar to the UK hill climb), while everyone else lines the route to cheer.

Whether you’re a seasoned climber or just in it for the vibes: this ride is for you. All types of bikes and riders are welcome! We have prizes for both competitive and casual categories. Show up to try this hill for the first time, race, or just support your two wheeled friends.

For those going for the fastest times, we will have a manual timing system and a clear start/end line. Please make sure you show up on time so we can get your result.

Weird bikes will be at the organizers discretion but rest assured: mini-velos and Bromptons are included.
